You are booking a free consultation with one of our medical professionals to discuss your hair restoration goals and determine your suitability for treatment.
2. Card-on-File & No-Show Fee
To secure your booking, a valid credit or debit card is required.
You will not be charged unless you fail to attend your appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-show / late cancellation fee: $40 This fee covers the time reserved with our medical team and helps ensure appointment availability for others.
3. Refund Policy
The $40 no-show fee is non-refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances which must be communicated in writing.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Please use the link in your confirmation email or contact our team directly.
5. Privacy
By booking this appointment, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy which was made available to you when filling out the initial form. Your information will never be shared or used outside of this consultation process.
